Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. Shopify provides the e-commerce platform that lets us sell to you. Shopify processes your data when you visit or purchase, and may use customer data together with data from other Shopify merchants for fraud prevention, performance, growth, and advertising/retargeting services. Your data is stored in Shopify's secure databases behind a firewall; card details submitted at checkout are encrypted and tokenized under PCI-DSS standards, and Shopify is a PCI-DSS certified provider. See Shopify's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for details.

  • Service providers: cloud hosting, shipping and fulfillment, accounting, fraud prevention, and professional advisors who perform services for us.
We may disclose information if required by law or legal process, to protect our rights, property, or safety or that of our customers or others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (in which case you will be notified and the transferee must protect your information under a policy substantially similar to this one).

4. EMAIL MARKETING

With your consent, we send newsletters, product updates, and promotional emails through Klaviyo. Every marketing email clearly identifies the sender and includes a one-click unsubscribe link; you may also opt out by contacting us using the details below. Transactional emails (order confirmation, delivery, returns) continue regardless of marketing preferences. We comply with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act.

5. PAYMENT PROCESSING

Payments are processed directly by PayPal. PayPal collects and processes your payment details according to its own privacy policy; we do not store full payment card data on our servers.
